Log-book kept by Benjamin Daniels aboard the ship Recovery, Francis Blackler, master, during a trading voyage from Boston (Mass.) to Calcutta (India), 25 Mar.-1 Aug. 1816, and her return, 26 Sep.-25 Feb. 1817. Contains mostly weather and navigational records and notes the loss of a man overboard. Some pages missing.
